10-Week Breathing & Focus Program
This curriculum is designed to help young athletes (ages 6–16) develop breathing, mindfulness, and visualisation techniques to stay calm and focused in sport. It consists of weekly 1-hour sessions.
Each session introduces age-appropriate exercises in mindfulness, breathing, positive mindset, and even basic brain science.
 
Research shows that regular mindfulness practice can help youth athletes manage stress, improve focus, and boost performance. Experts emphasize that when mindfulness is taught in a well-structured program, it can be very beneficial for kids.
