Coaching the Coaches
Program Overview:

- Same time each week for consistency
This is a structured 12-week Coach the Coaches program incorporating neuroscience, mental health, communication, support, a winning attitude, managing expectations, creating sustainable processes, a supportive coaching mindset, sleep cycles, diet, and breathing.
Goal: To develop high-impact coaches who integrate neuroscience, mental health awareness, effective communication, sustainable coaching strategies, and performance optimization through sleep, diet, and breathing.

Week 3: Managing Expectations & Sustainable Coaching Practices
• Setting realistic goals for both athletes and coaches

• Developing long-term, sustainable coaching strategies
