Through reflection, science-backed tools, and guided self-discovery, this course helps you reconnect with your essence—the strength, wisdom, and vibrant self that has been there all along, waiting to be reignited.
 
Our participants are usually:
·      Single, married or separated.
·      40-60 years young
·      The kids have flown the nest.
·      Parenting responsibilities have significantly reduced.
·      We are asking, What Now?
·      We are thinking about the How, the Why and the When
 We work together and agree a pathway for an amazing future.

🧭12-Week Course.

Week 1: Where Am I, Really?
  • Focus: Take stock of your life. Not surface-level, but the real current state.
  • Activities: Personal inventory (career, relationships, identity, health, joy).
  • Tool: Life Satisfaction Wheel
  • Real Talk: Acknowledging the discomfort of the in-between stage.
 
Week 2: Who Have I Been Until Now?
  • Focus: Looking back without romanticising or blaming.
  • Activities: Timeline of major identity shifts—who did you become to survive?
  • Tool: Guided reflection on key moments that shaped (or buried) you.
  • Real Talk: Unpacking the “roles” we’ve worn—parent, partner, professional.
 
Week 3: The Scripts I’ve Been Following
  • Focus: Societal, cultural, and family expectations that shaped choices.
  • Activities: Identify invisible rules you’ve been living by.
  • Tool: “Who said that?” belief challenge exercise.
  • Real Talk: Realising what’s not actually yours.
 
Week 4: What Do I Actually Want Now?
  • Focus: Beyond goals—what brings aliveness?
  • Activities: “Energy audit” of daily/weekly life.
  • Tool: Joy mapping + values sort.
  • Real Talk: It’s okay if the answer isn’t clear yet—we’re making space.
 
Week 5: Making Peace With The Past
  • Focus: Regrets, what-ifs, and could-haves.
  • Activities: Letter to younger self or a pivotal person.
  • Tool: “If I knew then what I know now” journaling.
  • Real Talk: You did the best you could with what you had.
 
Week 6: Building Boundaries Without Guilt
  • Focus: Reclaiming time and energy.
  • Activities: Boundary-setting scenarios based on real-life examples.
  • Tool: Scripts for saying no without burning bridges.
  • Real Talk: You can disappoint others and still be a good person.
 
Week 7: Redefining Purpose
  • Focus: Purpose doesn’t have to be big—it just has to be yours.
  • Activities: Micro-purpose exercises; finding meaning in the everyday.
  • Tool: “What I want to be remembered for” prompt.
  • Real Talk: You don’t need to change the world—just connect with it differently.
 
Week 8: Relationships In Midlife—Rebuilding Or Releasing
  • Focus: Who’s coming with you into this next phase?
  • Activities: Connection audit—who feeds you, who drains you?
  • Tool: Conversations that need to happen checklist.
  • Real Talk: Some people don’t grow with us. That’s okay.
 
Week 9: Reclaiming Pleasure & Play
  • Focus: Joy isn’t a luxury—it’s a requirement.
  • Activities: Pleasure scavenger hunt; re-engaging with forgotten passions.
  • Tool: Play personality quiz + “Permission to Enjoy” plan.
  • Real Talk: Fun isn’t frivolous.
 
Week 10: Habits That Hold Us (Not Just Control Us)
  • Focus: Creating rhythms that support your future self.
  • Activities: Audit of daily habits + small shifts.
  • Tool: Habit stack builder with a “why” column.
  • Real Talk: Self-care isn’t bubble baths—it’s boundaries, rest, and fuel.
 
Week 11: Designing What’s Next
  • Focus: Begin to sketch your personal roadmap.
  • Activities: Vision casting for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years.
  • Tool: “Ideal day in the next chapter” walkthrough.
  • Real Talk: It doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to be true to you.
 
Week 12: Living Forward (Without Losing Yourself Again)
  • Focus: Integration and intention.
  • Activities: Share your personal manifesto.
  • Tool: Maintenance plan: Weekly check-in framework.
  • Real Talk: This isn’t an ending—it’s a foundation.
