Introduction

A research questionnaire focusing on the Group Dynamic at Schools.

The purpose of this questionnaire to obtain a better understanding of what occurs inside a group of between 5 and 20 girls across grades 5 to 12.

Listening to young girls from co-ed only schools, the theme is the same. If you’re in then great. If you’re on the outer then watch out as it won’t be long before the axe may fall and you’re looking for a new group of friends.

The questions are tailored towards the truth of how the group dynamic can instigate mental health issues both today and into the future.

The research will help The Mental Switch work with children and prepare them for the highs and lows of the school dynamic. It will also help us create processes and techniques that children can learn and switch on when required.

The other major benefit is for parents to learn for themselves just how powerful they can be with influencing their daughters with words and actions.

Some of the questions require a yes or no answer with some explanations to support your answers. The more information from you the better our research becomes.
