10-Week Calm, Focus & Confidence Program (Ages 6–16)

This is not mindfulness.

This is a practical, neuroscience-informed program that teaches kids how to regulate emotions, handle pressure, and build real confidence — in sport, school, and life.

Children don’t learn to “be calm.”

They learn how

Across 10 weekly 60-minute sessions, kids are taught simple, repeatable tools to:

• Reset big emotions
• Improve focus under pressure
• Respond instead of react
• Recover after mistakes
• Protect self-respect
• Build confidence through action

Core sequence taught every week:

STOP → THINK → BREATHE → MOVE → SPEAK
(in that order)
